addition to our retainer fee and is
provided by our contracted partners.
All of our contracted partners
accept Medicare, Medicaid and most
private insurances for their
services. They will submit the
charges to your insurance provider
and will bill you for any related
co-pays. You will be informed in
advance of any service that will not
be covered by your insurance policy.
